I want to C L E A N the mirror. It has not been dusted in 100 years and also has black blotches and scratches. I just want to get the
dirt off it. What do u suggest? Water, ? alcohol? white vinegar? with a new sham-cloth? LaCene

I actually rather like it as-is! Whatever you do, do NOT touch those pulls. And if you do, mail them to me LOL! If you do paint, I think a shabbied up turquoise would be nice. Whatever you decide, I know it will be fabulous.

LEAVE IT BE!!!!! IT’s PERFECT! I think you just more comfortable with everything being in shades of white, that this sticks out like an elephant in the room, but I think it adds an extra something special to you whole design palate.

Well, that is a gorgeous dresser in any color, I do believe. I think the pink is neat and so unique but if you really want a change, I would go with an all white distressed look definitely!

I say paint it white except for those wonderful pulls and then distress it! Leave them just the way they are!

Thanks for stopping by today..just wanted to say that those 3 little lantern looing things are actually called Topsy Turvy planters…this is the first time we’ve tried them so if they work good, maybe you could get some for Beach Cottage next growing season..If they don’t have them there, I can sure send you some.

I like it just the way it is actually. Or if you did paint it, maybe another very soft muted color? I think it looks better as a light color and not just white to bring a touch of color to the room.
