G’day bloggers, hope you are all sizzling in the heat and thinking of us Down Under where though hardly cold, (it hit 21C today on my walk by the sea), it is certainly chilly in the evenings. Before I tell you about my beachy trunk love a couple of bits of news.
First I got featured earlier this week on Apartment Therapy, that’s good isn’t it…go take a look…
and second I’m guest posting at Sandy’s this week who persuades us all to open our homes to others and not worry about things like tatty old cottages on the wrong side of town…hop on over for recipes and advice to get you back in the groove of having people over without any stress…

Congratulations Sarah. Love the trunk too. Such stylish, charming taste you have!! x
Girl I am loving this trunk…what a keeper…thanks for sharing it…hugs and smiles Gl?ria

Great trunk, Great blog … Love the Beachy everything…xoxo~Kathy @ Sweet Up-North Mornings…
It is just perfect just the way it is..oh, the character it gives your room. I do love it.
So many congrats on being published, Sarah, girl…that is so grand!!
Congratulations on Apartment Therapy!! Wonderful trunk and scape!
speaking of anthropomorphic furniture hook-ups, i’m the sort of weasel who might haul in that pretty pink dresser for a quick photo op with the trunk, like try her maybe where the white one now sits- just to see if they work well together, check out if there’s any spark -not looking for any long term commitment or anything… just kinda Yves Montand & Marilyn Monroe…
Oh Sarah!
I absolutely love the trunk the way it is. It is perfect. The contrast of the color against the white is what you see at a beach. You see the white sand with the driftwood that comes ashore, I defintely love the contrast. I would’ve raced you for the treasure. I loved your cottage. Congrats on being showcased in AT. You are so deserving of it, and they are lucky to that you allowed them to photograph your piece of heaven by the sea. Your finds are absolutely wonderful. Thank you for stopping by my post. I hope you will link as a follower, I will be back. I have never known anyone from Australia. “Country Hugs”, from COuntry Wings in Phoenix, Sherry

I’ve missed you dear Ms. Beachcottage, but I’m having such a lovely visit catching up with you. Your beautiful photos and updates are making my otherwise crappy Monday at work (don’t even ASK…I blame the long weekend in part…) quite lovely in fact. And THAT is quite an accomplishment, so brava to you.
Congratulations on the AT piece…wow…that’s fabulous!
